What if I forget my password or user ID?
If you're unsure about your password and/or user ID, send us your email address and name via email at webmaster@travelexposure.com and ask for your password or userid.

Which areas are free and which require a membership?
The whole site is free. You do need to register to access certain pages (Specials) or to participate in our rating service. Registration is free, and comes with the added benefits, such as email updates and newsletters.

How can I tell when you've added new information to the site?
We have several ways of informing you, one way will be our What's New page, we will list all changes to the site here. You can also get notified of changes via email when you register.

How do I know you will keep my information confidential and will not sell it to anyone?
We give your our word. Please see our Privacy Statement. When you register with us, we do save your email address and information for our own demographics. When you fill out a survey, give us feedback or participate in the rating service, we store this information in our records.

How do I report a problem?
To report a problem, you can either fill out our Technical Feedback form or email us at webmaster@travelexposure.com.

When I enter my password and user ID, I still can't get access. How can I get this fixed?
First of all, the fields are case sensitive, so make sure you are entering the text exactly as you did upon registering. If you're unsure about your password and ID, send your email address and name to the administrator via email at webmaster@travelexposure.com and ask for your password.

What are "Cookies" and do you use them on your site?
The Travel exposure Network does use cookies. These cookies are tools enabling us to tailor our content to individual users. They contain no personal information but they do contain your web site settings such as nickname and date of last access. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. However, you can set yours to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent by a site. If you choose to reject cookies, though, it is possible that some parts of the site will not function correctly.

Can I put a link to your site on my site?
Yes, by all means put a link to the Exposure Travel Network on your site! Please, feel free to take one of our banners or site descriptions to display on your web site, see the Link Us page for details.

I want to feature my travel related web site on your web site. How can I do this?
We will be gladly review quality travel related web sites. so just tell us via our Suggest a Site form. Our staff will review the web site suggested and determine if it's a web site we would like to feature before featuring it on one of our pages.
